All orders  received after 4pm PST will be shipped next day unless otherwise specified.  Friday orders will be shipped on Monday.

Federal Express does not deliver on Sundays.

All non-perishable items are shipped USPS up to 7 business days or less from the day you placed your order.

All perishable items are shipped FedEx up to 5 business days or less from the day you placed your order (Ground).

Overnight is available at an additional price.

Select zip codes designated by Federal Express fall under Priority Status and cost an additional fee of $20.

We are not responsible for contacting recipients of shipments. 

Please double check all addresses, as we are not responsible for delayed delivery due to incorrect addresses.

Our guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. GG’s Fine Foods shipments that are perishable, we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute the cooler. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgment.

We cannot ship to P.O Boxes or A.P.O or F.P.O addresses. 

Shipping to a business or place of work Federal Express /UPS only give an  estimated time of delivery. We are not responsible if your package does not make it to your place of business or work  before closing.

Recipients in apartment building may need to be home to sign for package. Recipients in gated communities need to provide a gate code if there is not a gate attendant. We are not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to no gate code being given at the time order is placed.

Due to Import /export restrictions we are unable to ship our products outside the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and the U.S Virgin Islands.

We hope that our customers are always satisfied but if you are indeed unsatisfied with your order you have 14 days from when your order was received to notify us. Refunds and Returns 
are at the discretion of management and will be issued in merchandise credit.
